A blend of several ambitious small batch shou Puer productions fermented in conjunction with several different shou Puer producers, the results are a full bodied tea akin to a shou Puer version of sweet steamed milk, soothing and rich with inviting texture and layered flavor. This tea has barely settled into itself and we’ve already finished half a cake, which probably says more than any further description as a testament to its intrigue.

What is small batch shou Puerh tea?

You may have seen white2tea using the phrase "small batch" for our latest ripe Puer blends. What does small batch shou Puerh mean exactly? It's a term we are using to describe our small scale fermented piles where we oversee the entire production from purchasing the raw Puer, through the fermentation process to the finished blended shu.
