Returns & Store Credit Policy
We take great care in curating our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our returns policy below.
Returns Timeframe

You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

For postal returns, items must be lodged with the carrier within the 7-day period and received back in store within a reasonable delivery timeframe.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

In original packaging, with any tags intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Store Credit (No Refunds for Change of Mind)

Approved returns are issued as store credit only

Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue

Store credit can be used in-store or online
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

Your item is faulty

Your item arrives damaged

You received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used items

Teas, cacao or ingestible goods (unless they have a security seal which is unopened)

Personal Care or beauty items (unless they have a security seal which is unopened)

Custom or special-order products

Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once store credit has been issued.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
