Shipping
All orders are packed with care at our Mullumbimby store and sent with Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next business day.
Australia ($AUD)
- Standard shipping: $10, delivered in approx. 2–7 business days
- Express shipping: $15, delivered in approx. 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200
Some larger or heavier items, such as ceramics and large books, ship at $20 standard or $30 express. This is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Restricted items
Some products, such as teas, cacao, supplements, essential oils and other natural goods, may be restricted or prohibited by Australia Post or by customs in some countries. If an item in your order can’t be sent to your country, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item. Orders held, returned or destroyed by customs due to local import rules are not our responsibility.
Delivery issues
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If your parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at connect@ritualspace.au and we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve it.
